基于可编程序控制器的烟条缺包检测系统改造

摘    要:以低成本改造烟条缺包检测系统为背景,详细阐述了以欧姆龙PLC可编程序控制器和西门子SIMATIC S5可编程序控制器作为主控制元件,以FOCKE机烟条剔除机构为系统的剔除机构,通过PLC程序处理的方式,对输入的烟条外部检测信号和剔除机构原有的控制信号进行处理,进而产生新的控制信号来控制剔除机构的动作,达到剔除缺包烟条的目的,而且不影响剔除机构原有的剔除功能.因此,应用PLC可编程序拉制器能完美地改造烟条缺包检测系统,并能降低成本.
