大型相控阵雷达轮轨式天线座设计

摘    要:低速、重载的大型相控阵雷达,采用轮轨式天线座无疑是一种比较好的选择。结合某大型相控阵雷达项目,阐述了相控阵雷达轮轨式天线座的技术实现途径、系统组成,对滚轮布局、轮轨打滑、轮轨接触等关键技术进行了分析、研究,最终将轮轨式天线座成功应用于该大型相控阵雷达。

Abstract:Roller track pedestal is a good choice for a large,low speed,heavy phased-array radar.From a project of large phased-array radar,the technical concept and system composition of the roller track pedestal for phased-array radar is presented in this paper.Some of the key technical issues,such as the layout of wheels,wheel-rail slip,wheel-rail contact,are discussed.Finally,the roller track pedestal is applied successfully to a large phased-array radar.
