摘    要:改进联合站加药工艺装置,使浓药成点滴状联系不断地注入清水水管中,在流入加药池中,在通过加药池中的浮子控制药的流量,使破乳剂与清水充分融合。应用表明,改进后的加药系统,可保证连续稳定地加入破乳剂和适当的加药量,可提高油水分离效果和污水合格率,该装置对降低成本,提高原油破乳剂效果具有重要作用。

Abstract:After agent-feeding devices in combination stations were improved,agent in the form of drops can be added into water pipes continuously,and agent inflow can controlled by floater in agent-feeding tank,which can make demulsifier and water sufficient mixture.Application results show that improved agent-feeding system can ensure to continuously and stably add demulsifier with appropriate dosage,can increase the oil-water separation rate and pass percent of water quality,the device can reduce costs and improve ...
