ZnSe微米晶的液相合成及表征

摘    要:采用液相合成法,实现了多晶硒化锌微米空心球的低温合成。通过扫描电镜选观察到直径在1~4μm左右的ZnSe多晶微米空心球体。用XRD(X射线衍射)测定样品的成分,对样品纯度进行鉴定。用紫外可见光谱对实验样品分析,发现有明显蓝移现象。

Abstract:The liquid-synthesis method was used to prepare the micro-hollow-bead of polycrystal ZnSe under relatively low temperature.By the method of scan electron microscope(SEM),the micro-hollow-bead with 1~4 ?m diameters was observed.By XRD(X-ray Diffraction),ingredient of the sample was determined,and purity of the sample was identified.Then the sample was analyzed by UV-vis spectrum,the blueshife phenomenon was clearly found.
