聚乙二醇对甲苯磺酸酯的制备

摘    要:以三乙胺为缚酸剂制备聚乙二醇对甲苯磺酸酯,通过正交试验确定最佳实验条件:聚乙二醇与对甲苯磺酰氯的摩尔比为1:2.8,三乙胺用量为30 mL,反应温度为36℃和反应时间为9 h。经过重复实验发现,在最优实验条件下聚乙二醇对甲苯磺酸酯的产率可以达到89.7%。

Abstract:Poly(ethylene glyeol) tosylate(PEG-OTs) was prepared by using triethylamine as acid binding agent.Effect of molar ratio of polyethylene glycol/p-toluenesulfonyl chloride,triethylamine dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on preparation of poly(ethyleneglyeol)tosylate were investigated by orthogonal test.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: mole ratio of poly(ethylene glyeol)/p-toluenesulfonyl chloride 1:2.8,triethylamine 30 mL,reaction temperature 45 ℃ and reaction time 9 h.The yield of PEG-OTs can reach 89.7% under the optimal reaction conditions.
