| 摘 要： | 该专题合成了适用于高稳定性原油的有机胺酯破乳剂及适用于高粘油的苯乙烯改性有机酯共聚物。经胜利油田炼油厂、辽河油田特油公司现场试验证明,该系列破乳剂具有破乳快、界面齐、脱出水清等特点。在结构上,该类破乳剂不含氯离子及磺酸根离子,因此在电脱水后该化合物分解时,不会对电器造成不良影响。目前该产品已在山东瑞星生物化工股份有限公司建成100t/a的生产装置,产品售价10300元/t。

| Abstract: | This subject synthesized organic amine ester and styrene modified organic ester copolymer, non-polyether CR de-emulsifiers, which can be respectively used in high stability and high viscosity crude oil. The field tests in Shengli Oilfield Refinary and Liaohe Oilfield Special Oil Products Plant proved; these series de-emulsifiers are characterized by fast de-emulsification, regular interface, clear water removed. In structure, the de-emulsifiers do not contain chlorine ion and sulfonic acid group ion, so the decomposition of the compounds after electric dehydration will not bring about damage to the electrical appliance. Now a facility with a capacity of 100t/a has been built in Shandong Ruixing Biochemical Co. , Ltd. The price of products is 10300 yuan/t. |
