| 摘 要： | 本文分析了影响机床操作空间的主要因素，开发了机床操作空间边界的变步长搜索算法，同时以扩大操作空间为目标进行了机床结构设计，并以操作空间截面面积和体积作为评价准则，验证了球铰座倾斜安装的操作空间比平面安装的操作空间增加两倍以上。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the primary factors which
influence the workspace of the machine tool and presents a variable step search
algorithm.Moreover,the paper also carries out design of machine tool structure aiming at
enlarging the workspace and takes workspace section area and volume as workspace
evaluation criteria and verifies that the workspace when joint sockets mounted slopingly
exceeds double times than the workspace when joint sockets mounted parallelly. |
