摘    要:针对常规游梁式抽油机存在能量传递环节多、能耗大、体积大等问题,大庆等多家油田已研发和申报柔性倍程抽油机专利。根据该抽油机运动的特点,研究了其动力学特性数学模型和结构参数的优化。建立了相应的运动和动力分析方程,讨论了抽油机悬点的位移、速度、加速度、平衡重、减速器扭矩和电机功率的变化规律,并利用正交优化的方法进行了结构参数的优化。与原有机型相比,优化后的设备最大扭矩和最大功率分别降低了10.5%和26.5%,改善了设备性能和运行状况,使之更适用于油田生产。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as multiple segments of energy transmission, higher energy consumption and a huge volume that beam pumping units have, a patent on a flexible double-stroke pumping unit had been invented and declared by several oilfields including Daqing Oilfield. The present paper studied the mathematical model and parameter optimization of the flexible double-stroke pumping unit based on its moving characteristics, built up corresponding equations for moving and power analyses. The paper also discussed variations in the displacement of suspension point, velocity, acceleration, balance weight, decelerator torque and motor power of this flexible double-stroke pumping unit, and finally optimized structure parameters by means of orthogonal optimization. Compared with the old one, the maximum torque and power of the optimized pumping unit have been reduced by 10.5% and 26.5%, respectively, having improved its operation status and performance, which can be more applicable to oil production.
