摘    要:重庆电力高等专科学校以政、企、校深度整合的体制机制创新为突破口,校企深度融合,构建了校企联合制定计划、联合组织教学、联合开发课程、联合聘任教师、联合评价质量的"五联合"育人机制,探索和实践了企业、学校、教师和学生多方共赢的校企合作模式。

Abstract:Based on the "government-enterprise-school" integrated innovation of the system and mechanism, Chongqing Electric Power College has realized indepth school-enterprise integration as well as having established a “Five-combination” education mechanism including plan making, teaching organization, course development, teacher recruitment and quality evaluation, which are all based on school-enterprise coalition. This essay mainly probes into an “All-win” mode of school-enterprise cooperation covering enterprises, schools, teachers and students together with its practice.
