氧化法制备1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮

摘    要:以二硫化二苯甲酸为起始原料,经酰胺化后以双氧水为氧化剂,制备1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮。结果表明,在氧化剂与酰胺的摩尔比为1.2∶1,反应时间为3 h,反应温度60℃条件下,反应总收率可达67.7%,产物熔点156~158℃。加入催化剂三乙胺,可加速反应,使得反应时间缩短为2 h,同时氧化反应产率提高为79.2%。

Abstract:1,2-Benzisothiazdin-3-one was prepared from 2,2-dithiobis-benzoic acid by acylation,oxidation with hydrogen peroxide. The result showed that the molar ratio of oxidant and amide was 1. 2: 1,the reac-tion time was 3 h,and the reaction temperature was about 60 ℃ ,and the total yield was 67. 7% ,the melt-ing point product was 156 ~ 158 ℃. The oxidation reaction time was shortened to 2 h by the catalyst tri-ethylamine,and yield of the reaction was increased to 79. 2% as well.
