省级供电企业物资质量抽检闭环管理机制的探索与实践

为确保进入电网产品的的质量能可靠运行,省级供电企业通过实行抽检计划两级编制和平衡、建立两级质量检测中心、划片区交叉封样以及专业技术人员参与抽样等措施,建立完善的物资质量问题管理机制,实现物资质量全寿命周期管理,确保电网物资质量问题及时发现、及时整改。

A Probe into the Sampling Inspection and Closed-loop Management Mechanism for the Qualities of the Materials in Provincial-level Power Supply Enterprises and Its Practice

In order to ensure the qualities of the products introduced into the power grids ,provincial-level power sup-ply enterprises have taken relevant measures such as the implementation of two-level formulation and balancing of the sampling inspection plans , the establishment of the two-level quality inspection center , region division-based cross sample sealing and the participation of the professionals in the sampling ,to set up a perfect management mech-anism for the problems in the qualities of the materials ,realize the entire life-cycle management of the qualities of the materials,and guarantee timely discovery and improvement of the quality problems of the materials for the power grids.
