摘    要:采用沉淀法制备Ni-Mo催化剂前驱体,添加聚乙二醇(PEG)对其进行改性,经干燥、成型、焙烧制得Ni-Mo催化剂,采用XRD、BET分析、SEM等方法对催化剂进行了表征,并以西太平洋催化柴油为原料,考察了添加PEG对催化剂的加氢脱硫(HDS)反应性能的影响。结果表明,PEG的添加,可改善催化剂的结构和表面性质,随着PEG用量的增加,催化剂的孔体积、比表面积和孔径也逐渐增大,而活性组分分散度先增加后减少。PEG的添加,可以提高非负载型Ni-Mo催化剂的加氢脱硫活性,对催化剂物相组成方面没有影响。

Abstract:The Ni-Mo catalyst precursors were prepared by precipitation method and modified by adding polyethylene glycol(PEG),then the Ni-Mo catalysts were finally obtained after drying,molding and calci-nation. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET analysis and SEM. And investigated the effect of adding PEG hydrodesulfurization catalyst(HDS)reaction performance by Western Pacific diesel catalytic as materials. The results showed that PEG is added to improve the textural properties and surface proper-ties of the catalyst. The pore volume,specific surface area and pore size of the catalyst gradually increase with the dosage of PEG increasing,while the dispersion of the active ingredient climb up and then de-cline. Addition of PEG could improve the HDS activity of the unsupported Ni-Mo catalyst while have no effect on the stability of the catalyst.
