摘    要:论述了"床下进料"技术的系统构成、主要特点以及用该技术改造鼓泡床锅炉的方法;东源集团电业公司对早期的35t/h鼓泡床锅炉改造后,飞灰含碳量及沸下温度下降,炉膛出口温度上升,锅炉燃烧工况改善,增强了锅炉的过负荷能力,减少了受热面管束的磨损,延长了设备的使用寿命。

Abstract:Discussed were the system composition of the technique of "under-the-bed feeding", its main features, and method of conversion of a bubble FB boiler with this technique; after such conversion applied to the existing 35t/h bubble FB boiler at Dongyuan Group Electricity Industry Co. ,attained were following results:reduction of carbon content in flyash and temperature under the bed, temperature increase at outlet of combustion chamber,improvement of combustion mode, increase of capability of over-loading of the boiler,reduction of abrasion on heat exchange tubes, prolongation of working life of the equipment.
