| 摘 要： | 针对上海锅炉厂制造的受热面联箱内置式手孔现场焊接特点,总结以往同类产品焊接过程中出现的问题,并对内置式手孔焊接的方法、焊接及焊后热处理工艺进行改进。确保了内置式手孔的焊接质量,节约了成本。

| Abstract: | The welding problems are summarized based on the example product from Shanghai Boiler factory of site welding characteristics of internal hand holes for heating surface headers.The welding method of internal hand holes,welding and post-welding heat treatment is improved to ensure the welding quality of the internal hand holes. |
