核事故应急气载放射性物质扩散的精细化模拟方法研究

摘    要:通过对国内外有代表性的中小尺度核与辐射事故后果评价数值模拟方法的调研,对发生在我国及境外邻近地区的核事故确立了精细化评估气载放射性物质扩散的数值模拟软件系统的总体研发方案,拟建系统采用相应的气象场与扩散场的预报方法和回顾性分析方法。该方法为软件的顺利研发奠定了技术基础,进而可有效提升我国核与辐射事故的应急响应能力。

Abstract:Based on the research of representative mesoscale numerical simulation methods used in consequence evaluation for nuclear and radiation accidents worldwide, the development plan of numerical simulation software system is established, which is used to finely assess diffusion for the airborne radioactive substances from nuclear accidents happened in China and neighboring areas. The proposed system will adopt the forecasting methods and retrospective analysis methods of meteorological field and diffused field. These methods lay the foundation for the software development and then enhance effectively China's nuclear and radiation accident emergency response capabilities.
