摘    要:以碱法造纸过程中产生的污泥为原料,利用其中的木质素与亚硫酸钠和3-氯-2-羟丙基-三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)反应,制备出同时含有磺酸基和季铵基的两性絮凝剂。通过单因素实验,研究了反应物料比、反应温度和反应时间对合成产品质量的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,并用高浓度、高色度的染料废水对该絮凝剂的性能进行了评价。并通过红外光谱分析,对合成两性絮凝剂进行表征。结果表明,当造纸污泥与亚硫酸钠和CHPTMA的质量比为1∶0.25∶0.5,造纸污泥与亚硫酸钠的接枝温度为90℃,反应时间为2 h,CHPTMA的接枝反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5 h时,所得絮凝剂产品质量最好,处理高浓度印染废水CODCr去除率最高可达72%。

Preparation of amphiprotic flocculant using papermaking sludge

Abstract:An amphiprotic flocculant, which contained sulfonic groups and quaternary ammonium groups on the lignin molecules, was synthetized by grafting sodium sulfate and 3 - chloro - 2 - hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CHPTMA)onto lignin that contained in papermaking sludge. Effects of mass ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and time on efficiency of product were studied to determine the optimal conditions through treating dyeing waste water. Characterization of the flocculant using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that target product was obtained suc-cessfully. Result showed that optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:mass ratio of papermaking sludge, sodium sulfate and CHPTMA 1 : 0. 25: 0. 5, temperature 70℃ and reaction time 5h.
