| 摘 要： | 分析了针对核电厂的恐怖袭击的主要方式、特点及危害,提出了核电厂区域防恐规划的建议措施,包括:精心规划厂区内人流和道路交通;严格控制核电厂内重要区域的出入口;充分考虑厂区内建(构)筑物的周围环境关系。通过对核电厂区域的合理规划可有效降低恐怖袭击的风险。

| Abstract: | For the planning of nuclear power plants, an important issue is to reduce the risk of terrorist attacks. For this purpose, suggestions for regional planning of nuclear power plants to mitigate terrorist attacks are presented, which includes careful planning of the circulation, strictly controlling of the access and exit, thoroughly considering of the circumstances etc. It is believed that the risk of terrorist attacks can be significantly reduced when the above measures are taken. |
