摘    要:通过建立高效液相色谱法测定小麦粉中偶氮甲酰胺的不确定度评定方法,对其不确定度的主要影响因素进行分析,建立了其测量不确定度评定的数学模型,得到偶氮甲酰胺的不确定度报告。结果表明:以高效液相色谱仪测定小麦粉中偶氮甲酰胺含量,不确定度主要来源为标准曲线拟合过程及试验回收率,其次为标准溶液配制过程及仪器定量校准。

Abstract:Evaluation of uncertainty in measurement of azodicarbonamide in wheat flour by HPLC was established.Main influence factors of uncertainty were analyzed.A mathematic model was established , and the report of azodicarbonamide uncertainty was created.The results showed that the major factors of uncertainty in measurement were the establishment of the standard curve and the recovery , and the minor ones were the preparation of standard solution and HPLC.
