| Abstract: | A review is made on the achievements of Guangxi flood control and drought relief in the recent years. Experience and inspiration are summarized. Key points of future flood control and drought relief in Guangxi are put forward in accordance with the "two-changeover" principal from State Flood Control and Drought Relief General Bureau, including changeover from flood control to flood management, and changeover from simplex drought relief to overall drought relief. |
