摘    要:从手术方案角度分析了骨科机器人系统对手术安全的影响,提出了基于功能冗余的骨科机器人安全策略.结合双平面骨科机器人系统,具体分析了机器人系统在胫骨骨折髓内钉锁定手术中的安全隐患,对影响手术安全的牵引、定位等功能设置了多项冗余的安全保护措施,并对基于功能冗余的骨科机器人安全策略在手术方案、注册标准、临床手术环境、机器人硬件平台、机器人软件系统、安全体系设计等方面的安全措施和方法进行了详细阐述,为骨科机器人系统在原型设计、临床应用等阶段的安全分析提供了一种参考方法和策略.

Abstract:The scheme-based safety analysis and its influence for orthopaedic robot systems in clinical surgery are discussed and some functional redundancy-based safety strategies for the robots are proposed. Potential robot failures in the surgery of distal locking for the tibial fracture therapy are analyzed adopting the bi-planar orthopaedic robot. Redundant safety measures for the bones reduction and the target localization during the operation procedure are carried out and the detailed explanations of these functional redundancy-based robot safety strategies and methods in surgery scheme, registration standard, clinical surgery environment, hardware and software platforms of the orthopaedic robots, safety strategy, are introduced, which provide a general reference from the aspects of strategy and implementation for the safety analysis of orthopaedic robot systems during the stages of prototype design, clinical application, etc.
