锌银电池混和锌粉中微量铜铁的测定方法

摘    要:研究与应用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法来测定锌银电池混和锌粉中微量铜铁含量,并对测定条件和干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该测定方法具有灵敏度和精确度高、干扰少、选择性和重现性好等优点。测定样品微量铜铁含量的相对标准偏差均小于2.0%(n=10)。标准加入回收率均在97.00%-102.00%(n=5)范围内,完全适用于锌银电池混和锌粉中铜铁含量的控制和样品系统分析。

Abstract:The measurement of copper and iron trace content in the mixture zine powder by using the air-C2H2 flame atomic-absorption spectroscopy was studied synthetically considering measuring conditions and disturbing factors.The method possesses many advantages such as high sensitivity and accuracy, less interference and good repeatability and selectivity.The deviation RSD<2.0% (n=10)comparing to standard value.The standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.00%~102.00%(n=5).The use of the method fully suited to the control of copper and iron trace content in the mixture zine powder and the analysis for sample system has obtained good effect in practice.
