光学低频测振系统的伺服补偿研究

摘    要:介绍了基于DVD光读取头的低频振动测量原理和方法。利用光读取头中的音圈马达,驱动物镜跟踪被测面的振动,使振动面保持在物镜焦点位置,记录音圈马达的驱动电压信号,经分析后即可获得被测振动参数。分析了音圈马达和测量系统的传递函数特性,采用最优二阶阻尼系统函数,反推出音圈马达的驱动补偿函数,以扩大测振系统的频响范围,提高动态测量性能。

Abstract:The principle and method for low-frequency vibration measurement based on DVD pickup were introduced·The object lens is driven by a voice coil motor (VCM) inthe DVDpickuptotrackthe vibration onsurface ,and keep vibrationsurface at the focus of object lens ,through analyzing the drive voltage signals recorded,the measured vibration parameters can be obtained·The transfer function of VCMand measuring systemwere analyzed,the drive compensationfunction of VCMwas deduced by using optimal second order dampingsystemfunction,thereby,the scope of frequencyresponse can be expanded andthe dynamic performance of the systemcan be enhanced·
