靶瞄准中的图像处理

给出了激光聚变实验中对亮度分布不均匀、边缘轮廓模糊的黑腔靶图像确定几何中心的一种方法：利用预处理消除图像噪音，提取图像特征值并用原始ＣＣＤ图像与特征值理论图像相关以精确定出黑腔靶几何中心。该方法计算准确、速度快，便于在实际装置中闭环连续处理图像，并适用于确定激光光斑的几何中心和光斑半径。介绍了该方法在神光装置靶瞄准中的应用及实验结果，利用图像处理，得到了５μｍ的靶瞄准精度

Image Processing in Target Pointing

This paper introduces a kind of image processing method for laser fusion experiment. Since the image of the hohlraum hole is dim and its brilliance distribution is non uniform a technique to determine the geometric center of the image is thus necessary. Application of the technique to the target pointing in the Shenguang Ⅱ project is also included.
