摘    要:动物性食品中的氯霉素残留可引起严重的毒副作用,如何对其进行有效控制,可靠、灵敏和实用的检测分析技术是关键。介绍了动物性食品中氯霉素残留检测分析方法的进展,特别是样品的前处理及优化技术。

Abstract:Chloramphenicol residual in animal food may produce severely poisonous side effects, so the development of a reliable, sensitive and practical detecting and analyzing technology is critical in controlling such side effects. This essay aims to introduce the development of the detecting and analyzing methods concerned, especially the sample pretreatment and optimality technology.
