摘    要:通过水模实验,研究了50吨转炉的熔池振荡和喷溅强度与各种操作参数的关系,着重研究了十种喷头结构、供氧强度和枪位对射流冲击熔池深度的影响,提出了与前人不同的反映喷孔数目、喷孔分散度、喷孔夹角和温度影响的冲击熔池深度的半经验公式。

Abstract:By means of the hydrodynamics model of 50 tonne converter, the bath vibration and the spitting intensity in relationship with various operation parameters are investigated Especially, the effects of nozzle structures, oxygen supply intensity ,and lance height on the bath shocking depth owing to the injected oxygen flow attaches have been attached, It is suggested the semi-empirical formula of the bath shocking depth that describes the effects of the numbers, dispersion ratio and inclined angle of hole, and isn't the same with previous researchers.
