高掺量增钙粉煤灰水泥的研制

摘    要:本文研制的激活安定剂,能解决高掺量增钙粉煤灰水泥体积安定性不良的问题,提高该水泥的7天、28天强度,缩短凝结时间,使增钙灰掺量高达65%可以制备275砌筑水泥、掺42%的高钙粉煤灰的水泥达32.5级水泥。工业怀实验生产出65%增钙灰掺量的275砌筑水泥。

Abstract:An agent which could both improve the soundness and activates the pozzolanic activity of adding-calcium fly ash was prepared in this paper. This agent could both improve the soundness, strength, and shorten the setting time of the adding-calcium fly ash cement. The cements contain 65% and 42%of adding-calcium fly ash could meet the standard of 275 Masonry cement and 32.5 portland fly ash cement in laboratory. A 275 masonry cement containing about 60% of adding-calcium fly ash was produced in industrial experiment.
