| Abstract: | This paper reviews the types of supply chain and the key variables influencing the selection of supply chain. It puts forward the match relationships between customer requirements and supply chain during the product life cycle and the decision processes made for the selection of supply chain in the stage of product life cycle, and gives some ideas on how to switch from one supply chain to another. |
