| 摘 要： | 我国目前正处于快速城镇化时期,城市用地空间扩张与生态环境间存在较为尖锐的矛盾。本文从城市可持续发展、城市生态安全、提高人居环境质量的角度出发,从非建设用地着手,探讨城市规划的合理布局,以引导城市建设用地与非建设用地协调发展。

| Abstract: | China is currently in a period of rapid urbanization, there are relatively sharp contradiction between urbanization expansion of urban space and the environment. From the perspective of sustainable urban development, urban ecological security and improve the quality of the living environment, this paper proceed from the non - construction land and explore urban spatial layout in order to guide the construction of urban construction land and non - land coordina- ted development. |
