| 摘 要： | 制定40Cr钢退火、正火、淬火、回火、调质热处理工艺,测定在各种热处理情况下试样的硬度和冲击韧性,并进行材料的金相组织分析,得出了40Cr钢调质处理具有良好综合性能的结论,并浅析了工艺对组织、性能的影响机理。

| Abstract: | Develop 40 cr steel annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering, the tempering heat treatment process, measured in various cases sample hardness and impact toughness, heat treatment and material microstructure analysis, obtained the cr steel 40 with good comprehensive performance, and analyzed the process of organization, the influence mechanism of performance. |
