TRIP600高强度钢板成形U型件回弹控制研究

摘    要:针对高强度钢板冲压成形过程中普遍存在的精度问题,以U型件为研究对象,在分析TRIP600高强度钢板材料性能的基础上,分别研究了U型件成形时压边力和拉深筋的工作圆角半径对回弹的影响。结果表明,TRIP600高强度钢板在成形U型件时,回弹随着压边力的增加而发生有限减小;拉深筋工作圆角半径越大,回弹值越大。

Study on Springback Control of U-form Sheet Forming in TRIP600

Abstract:To study the accuracy in the forming process of high strength steel, based on the analysis of material property of TRIP600, a U-form component was used to study the influence of blankholder force and working radius of drawbead on springback in forming process. The result shows when TRIP600 is used in U-form sheet forming, springhack gets restricted decrease with the increase of blankholder force, and the bigger of working radius of drawbead the bigger of springback.
