| 摘 要： | 本文用火花电阻公式研究了高压毫微秒脉冲参量（脉冲幅值、前沿、宽度）与储能电容的关系。结果表明，用火花电阻等效亚纳秒脉冲放电管击穿后的状态是合适的。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the relations between pulse parameters(the amplitude,rise time and half-width of the pulse)of the high-voltage-subnanosecond-pulse-tube(HVSPDT) and storage capacitance.It is shown that after the HVSPDT breakdown its status can be equivalent to the spark resistance. |
