| 摘 要： | 本文对铝合金硬质阳极氧化膜进行了俄歇电子能谱和Ｘ光电子能谱分析，对膜层表面的耐磨耐腐蚀性能作了微观机理分析，其分析结果对铝合金硬质阳极氧化工艺的完善具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Auger electron spectroscope and X-ray electron spectroscope with oxidation film of hard anodic aluminum alloy are analyzed in this paper. The microcosmic mechanism for wear resisting and corrosion-resisting of surface film is also analyzed. These analyzing results are helpful to improve oxidizing technics of hard anodic aluminum alloy. |
