摘    要:以触变性有机硅胶为原料,配成1.325g/cm3的触变性硅凝胶电解液,注入普通的AGM铅酸电池中制得不同型号的胶体蓄电池。研究了该胶体蓄电池的不同放电倍率条件下的容量、低温大电流放电性能、5A放电循环后容量恢复性能、电池短接后容量恢复性能、1CA充放电循环电池的充电接受能力、电池自放电性能和循环寿命性能。结果表明:触变性有机硅胶体蓄电池在多项性能指标上均优于普通电解液的VRLA电池,可部分替代普通电解液的VRLA电池。

Abstract:A colloidal storage battery was prepared by filling a thixotropic organic silica gel electrolyte into AGM type VRLA battery.Performance of the colloidal storage battery was studied,such as the capacity in different discharge rate,high-rate discharge in low temperature,capacity recovery after cycle use,capacity recovery after short-circuit,charging receptivity in 1CA rate cycle use,self-discharge and cycle life.Based on the result,it was concluded that the colloidal storage battery was superior to normal VRLA battery in some performance,normal VRLA battery could be replaced by a excellent colloidal storage battery.
