初烤烟叶含水率与含梗率研究初报

摘    要:对21个省(区)2004年~2008年的15080份初烤烟叶样品的含水率和含梗率进行了检测。结果表明,符合国家烟叶含水率标准(16%~18%)的样品占总样本量的49.3%,约有20%的样品水分含量偏高且超标。各省区不同部位初烤烟叶的平均含水率为17.05%,不同部位间含水率无显著差异。不同产地烟叶按含水率不同分为高中低3类。其中东北和西北产区的烟叶含水率相对较高;初烤烟叶的含水率与含梗率之间存在显著的负相关。以水分含量16%~18%的样本为依据,测得21个省区初烤烟叶的含梗率均值为28.6%。其中73.2%的样品含梗率在26%~34%之间,另有10.8%的样品含梗率≥34%。含梗率随烟叶部位的升高逐渐降低。不同产地烟叶按含梗率不同分为高中低3类。其中东南产区的烟叶含梗率相对较高,东北和西北产区的烟叶含梗率普遍较低,3类产区不同年份间烟叶含梗率的变化不大。

Abstract:Samples of 15080 flue-cured tobacco leaves from 2004 to 2008 in 21 provinces were stochastically collected and water contents and stem ratios were determined.Results showed that 49.3%samples had water content within prescribed limit (GB 2635-92,16%~18%),and about 20%samples had water content higher than 18%.The mean water conteny,averaged by different growing areas and different stalk positions.Was 17.05%.No significant difference on water content among different stalk positions was found.Samples from different growing areas can be classified to 3 types by the water content.Water content of samples from northeast and northwest area Was relatively high.There was significant negative correlation between stem ratio and water content.Average stem ratio of samples with water content between 16%~18%Was 28.6%,among which stem ratio of73.2%samples Was between 26%~34%.and that of 10.8%samples Was higher than 34%.It Was also found that the higher the stalk position,the lower the stem ratio.Samples from different growing areas Can be classified to 3 types by stem ratio.Stem ratio of samples from southeast areas was relatively high,while that from northeast and northwest areas was low.No significant difference in stem ratio of samples from different years Was found.
