水库基础数据治理工作的研究与实践

摘    要:水库相关数据对多项水利业务应用支撑作用显著,是水利行业重要的基础数据。为避免重复建设,充分共享和挖掘水库基础数据的价值,以水库数据治理为研究对象,以数据仓库和数据中台为理论指导,融合水库基础、工程督察、水情等信息数据,构建以基础层、明细层、专题层、应用层为框架的数据资源体系,并同步开展数据资产、安全管理和数据服务工作。在统一的数据资源体系基础之上,充分利用自然语言处理、语音识别、大数据分析等先进技术进行数据智能融合应用,完成水库标签画像、语音智能问答、数据标准建立、数据质量控制等成果,为今后进一步的水利数据治理工作提供参考经验。

Research and practice of reservoir basic data management

Abstract:The reservoir related data has a significant supporting effect on many water conservancy business applications and is an important basic data of the water conservancy industry. In order to avoid repeated construction, fully share and excavate the value of the basic data of the reservoir, the data management of the reservoir is taken as the research object, the data warehouse and the data center are taken as the theoretical guidance, and the information data of the reservoir, project supervision and water regime are integrated, so as to build a data resource system with the basic layer, detailed layer, special layer and application layer as the framework, and simultaneously carry out data assets, safety management and data services. On the basis of a unified data resource system, make full use of advanced technologies such as natural language processing, speech recognition and big data analysis to carry out intelligent data fusion application, complete the achievements such as reservoir label portrait, intelligent question and answer, data standard establishment and data quality control, and provide reference experience for further water conservancy data management in the future.
