摘    要:针对LOGIQ双侧向测井仪维修时无法单独对仪器进行检测,不能精确测量深、浅侧向电压、电流值,以及刻度过程受接触电阻影响大等问题,研制了一种功能齐全、使用便捷的LOGIQ双侧向测井仪检测系统。该系统重新设计了前置放大电路,采用波段开关重新搭建了地层模拟电阻网络,通过以ARM为核心的数据采集和传输系统进行调度处理,实现仪器的状态转换。该系统解决了单支仪器检修的问题,刻度过程不受接触电阻影响,能够精确测量深、浅侧向电压、电流,使仪器维修由定性变成定量。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that LOGIQ dual laterolog logging tool can′t be detected independently,the deep and shallow lateral voltage and current can′t be measured accurately,and the calibration is greatly affected by the contact resistance,a LOGIQ dual laterolog testing system with complete functions and convenient operation is developed.The system redesigns the preamplifier circuit,rebuilds the formation simulation resistance network through the use of band switch,and realizes the state transition of the instrument through the data acquisition and transmission system with ARM.The system solves the problem of single instrument maintenance.The instrument calibration is not affected by the contact resistance,and the deep and shallow lateral voltage and current can be measured accurately.The maintenance of instrument is changed from qualitative to quantitative.
