| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育在教育理论、培养模式和教学环节等方面有其自身的特点。“产学研”相结合是马克思教育学说的基本原理，符合成人高等教育教学活动的基本规律，是成人高等教育发展的必然趋势。武汉化工学院成人高等教育在“产学研”相结合方面做了一些有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Adult higher education has its own characteristics in its educational theory,training patterns and teaching procedure.The threeinone combination of education,production and research work is based on the basic eduational principles of marxism and is fit for the principal laws of adult higher education.It is the inevitable trend of this education.Introduced here is some useful experience in practice of this combination. |
