摘    要:对取样电压法产生的温度漂移及一致性温度补偿法的优点进行了理论分析和实验比较,表明加热电压在0~6.3V范围内变化时,元件的温度漂移恒为零,输出电压信号只是被测气体浓度的单值函数。

Abstract:The temperture drift of the load voltage and an uniform temperature compensation methods are analysed theoretically and experimentally in this paper.The heating voltage can control continuously, and the temperature drift of output voltage is near zero, and output voltage signal is single function of measuring concetrations.
