摘    要:将聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯改性,再与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚,然后用相转移法制备P(VDF-HFP/MMA)聚合物电解质,并以LiCoO2为正极制备聚合物锂离子电池。红外光谱分析表明,材料改性及聚合后结构发生变化,扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)显示改性P(VDF-HFP/MMA)聚合物膜呈蜂窝状,吸液后室温离子电导率为2.7mS/cm,电化学稳定窗口为5.3V。充放电对比实验发现,甲基丙烯酸甲酯单元的引入降低了电池的内阻,改善了电池的循环性能,电池0.1C充放电50次后的容量保持率为95.5%。

Abstract:Poly(vinylidene) fluoride-hexafluoropropylene was modified and a chemically cross-linked copolymer was obtained by polymerizing modified poly(vinylidene) fluoride-hexafluoropropylene with methyl methacrylate, and then the polymer electrolyte was prepared using phase inversion. IR show that after modification, the structure of poly(vinylidene) fluoride-hexafluoropropylene is changed, and SEM displays that this polymer membrane has a porous structure.
