双8051CPU分时主从机技术在窄间隙埋弧焊过程中的应用

摘    要:由于双丝窄间隙埋弧焊系统状态参数多,单片CPU已无法适应于整个控制系统的要求。为了解决此技术难题,本文介绍一种采用双8051CPU利用分时主-从机处理技术,实施了该系统的微机自动化控制。双8051CPU一片为从机,另一片为从机。两CPU实施各自的处理功能,并利用串行口进行通讯联络。实验结果表明,双8051CPU分时主-从机技术较好地解决了系统所提出的技术要求,实现微机化控制的系统性能优良,并获得了广泛的推广应用,经济效益显著。

Application of Double Master-slave 8051 CPU Technology in Tandem Wires Narrow Gap SAW

Abstract:For the reason that there are many status and parameters of the system of tandem wires narrow gap SAW, the single chip CPU can not be available to meet the demand for the system. In this paper. the processing technique of the double master-slave 8051 CPU in different time was used to realized the microcomputer controlling of the system. The one of the double 8051 CPU is master computer, another is slave one. Both of them realize the processing function by oneself, and make the communication by the series I/O. The results of the experiments prove: the technique of double master-slave 8051 CPU in different time is better to solve the technical demand for the system. The performance of the system controlled by microcomputer is fine. And the system is extended and applied widely, and is remarkable in economic benefit.
