| 摘 要： | 本文通过典型解剖的方法探讨了目前我国机械制造业的现状、问题和原因.介绍了国外机械制造业自动化发展的新动向,特别是美国的敏捷制造和“SON”计划、日本丰田的精良生产和德国的“WOP”计划.文中特别指出,技术并不是唯一的决定性因素,生产组织结构的改革、人员素质的提高是企业获得更大效益的源泉.本文最后提出了一种适合我国国情的企业技术改造新模式一独立制造岛的设想,并就如何振兴我国机械制造业进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | This paper describes the present situation of Chinese machinery industries.According to case study of a business machine factory the main reasons of problems are discussed.Some new development concepts of industrializ -ed countries,such as lean production from Toyota Japan,agile manufacturing and Shops in 90's(SoN)from States and Workshop-oriented production(WOP)from Germany are introduced.The analyses indicate that the technology is not only one of key factors for enterprise innovation.The organization,management and personal qualification are very important sources of benefits.The strategies of organization changes,products R & D,marketing development,personal develop-ment,management improvement and technology innovation for Chinese machinery industries are discussed. |
