| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是我们党的执政目标，维护世界和平是社会主义中国对外政策的根本目的．构建一个和谐社会需要创建和平的国际环境，中国和谐社会的构建也有利于世界和平的实现．中国的和谐发展、祖国的统一与世界和平是一个有机统一整体，相互之间有着密切的联系，并相互促进，共同服从于中国的和平发展战略目标。

| Abstract: | Building the socialist harmonious society is the governing goal of our Party and safeguarding the world peace is the cardinal purpose of the foreign policy of the socialist China. To build a harmonious society it is necessary to create a peaceful world environment. The building of a harmonious society in China will be favourable to the realization of the world peace. China's harmonious development and reunification of the motherland and the world peace are the organic and united whole, between which lie close connections. They help each other forward and are o-bedient in concert to the strategic objective of the peaceful development of China. |
