摘    要:通过对国内市场上SAN产品的物性指标分析,结合SAN产品用户的要求和本装置特点,制定了SAN新产品的物性参数和工艺操作条件,开发出了SAN新产品通过了加工应用试验。

Abstract:With ABS750 and 747S as base resins, by adding high-efficiency compounding fire retardant, fire-resistant functions of this system have been researched, and the effect of anti-impact modifier in the compounding fire-resistant system has been studied. Fire-resistant ABS engineering plastics of general-purpose grade and injection grade have been prepared. The test shows that the fire-resistant property of this series of fire-resistant ABS has reached level UL94V0 and the comprehensive property is excellent.
