摘    要:应用扫描电镜、光学显微镜及X射线能谱仪等实验分析方法,对高压锅炉用水冷壁管失效开裂原因进行分析研究,结果表明.高压锅炉用水冷壁管开裂为应力腐蚀开裂,同时还有氢脆的作用。

Abstract:Creviced failure of warter cooled wall pipe of high pressure boiler has been studied by scanning electron microscope ,optical microscope and energy dispersive X-ray analysis etc.. The results show that the creviced failure of water cooled wall pipe of high pressure boiler is stress corrosion cracking fracture, with the affect of hydrogen attack.
