| 摘 要： | 本钢连轧厂优质碳素结构45号钢板的力学性能检验合格率是影响产品质量的主要因素，针对45号钢力学性能一检合格率低的情况，对钢板生产过程中的轧制工艺进行了跟踪，通过取样进行实验室的CCT曲线测定等工作，找到了工艺中存在影响力学性能的原因，对轧制生产工艺进行了优化，提高了45号钢的力学性能一检合格率。

| Abstract: | The mechanical property of 45# steel is the main influence element of product quality, for the low of qualified ratio of first mechanical property test, we trace the rolling produce process during producing of 45# steel strip. Through the determining of CCT curve, etc, we found the influence element of mechanical property, optimized the rolling product process, increased the qualified ratio of first mechanical property of 45# steel strip . |
