锌焙烧炉余热回收系统的设计

摘    要:提出了最大限度回收锌焙烧炉余热的技术方案,主要包括流化床冷却器和余热锅炉两部分,分别进行了设计计算和分析.本方案的蒸汽产量为2267.6 kg/h,一年可节约标煤1 237t,减少CO2排放约3 240t.具有可观的经济、环境和社会效益.

Abstract:The technical scheme of maximizing the recovery of waste heat in zinc roaster was put forward,and it included the fluidized bed cooler and waste heat boiler.The design calculation and analysis were carried out respectively.In the design,the steam output reaches 2267.6 kg/h,it can save the standard coal 1237 t and reduce the CO_2 emission about 3240 t for a year.Considerable economic,environmental and social benefits were realized.
