轴向全周期液压马达结构设计与控制研究

摘    要:轴向串联式超全周摆动液压马达具有两级摆动、轴向布置,其结构简单、紧凑等特点,有利于减小转动惯量,可以实现转轴、转角的叠加,解决传统摆动液压马达转角〈360°的限制,适用于要求转角一周以上两周以下的直接驱动液压伺服动力机构。本文同时还建立了液压马达的数学模型,并仿真分析了该液压马达与传统液压马达的性能差异。

Structural Design and Control Research of Axial Full Cycle Hydraulic Motor

Abstract:The axial series connected type over-full-cycle rotary hydraulic motor is provided with two-staged rotary and axial arrangement. Its features like simple and compact structure are favorable for reducing rotary inertia and realize the superposition of rotating shaft and rotation angle to release the limit of traditional rotary hydraulic motor whose rotation angle has to be less than 360°. It is suitable for direct hydraulic servo actuating unit which requires the rotation angle to be more than one full cycle but less than two full cycles. Meanwhile, the paper has also established a mathematical model of hydraulic motor and carried out a simulation analysis of performance differences between this hydraulic motor and traditional hydraulic motor.
