闪速铅冶炼计算机在线优化控制系统研究

摘    要:以一类闪速铅冶炼计算机在线优化控制系统为研究对象,在分析、对比现存各类铅冶炼方法的基础上,以炉渣Fe/SiO2及CaO含量、PbS氧化率、炉渣温度为控制变量,石英及钙熔剂比率、反应塔工艺氧量、反应塔燃料量为操作变量,建立铅冶金过程控制数学模型。基于此模型,以某实际项目为背景,设计了闪速冶炼计算机在线优化控制系统。

Research on PC-Based On-Line Optimizing Control System for Flash Lead Smelting

Abstract:With one PC-based on-line optimizing control system for flash leach smelting as the research object, based on existing lead smelting methods analysis and comparison, the paper has established a mathematical model of lead smelting with Fe/SiO2 and CaO content in slag, PbS oxidation rate, and slag temperature as control variables, and ratio of quartz to calcium flux, process oxygen volume in reaction tower, and fuel amount in reaction tower as performance variables. Based on the model, the paper has designed the PC-based on-line optimizing control system for flash smelting under the background of a real project.
