| 摘 要： | 将铝板锯切机原清屑装置的刮板清屑结构改进为小车清屑结构,解决了传动链条因受力不均被拉断问题;将单节距链条改为双节距链条,解决了传动链条内链板夹屑问题,并减轻了链条重量,降低了链条成本,提高了设备的工作可靠性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the improvement of aluminum sheet sawing machine that scraper crumbs cleaning structure of original crumbs device is modified to trolley crumbs cleaning structure,which solves the tension failure problem of driving chain because of uneven stress,changes single pitch chain into double pitch chain,solves the crumbs carrying problem of inner chain plate,reduces the weight of chain,decreases the cost of chain,improves the working reliability of equipment. |
