| 摘 要： | 分析了影响150kg中频炉炉衬使用寿命的主要因素,设计出带浇口的中频炉整体炉胆,并用于熔炼Sn、Cu、Ni、Ag等有色金属及合金.实践表明,带浇口的炉胆能增加中频炉开炉次数,延长炉衬寿命,提高生产效率,降低生产成本.

| Abstract: | The main factors influencing the service life of furnace lining in 150kg medium frequency furnace were analyzed,the integral internal furnace of medium frequency furnace with gate was designed and used in nonferrous metals smelting like Sn,Cu,Ni,Ag,etc.and alloy.The practice showed that the internal furnace with gate could increase the startup times of medium frequency furnace,prolong the furnace lining service life, increase the production efficiency,and decrease the production cost. |
